Payments and Cancellations Policy

Payments

• Deposit Payment
  10 % of the tour cost is required 1,5 months prior the arrival date to Elian Travel account # indicated in the invoice.

• Final Payment
  Final Payment is required 20 days prior the arrival date to Elian Travel bank account # indicated in the invoice. Confirmation of payment (a bank remittance document) is to be faxed to Elian Travel.

Prices are quoted in US dollars or euros and are subject to change. All payments must be made in US dollars or euros.

Cancellations

• If you cancel a trip:
  If you decide to cancel your trip, the following fees apply at the time we receive written notice of your cancellation.
  21-45 days 10 % of Land Cost
  14-20 days 50 % of Land Cost
  1-13 days 75 % of Land Cost
  On the arrival day 90 % of Land Cost

• If we cancel a trip:
  Elian Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip. We give a full refund of land cost in case the tour is not prevented by reason of circumstances amounting to force major. Such circumstances include but are not limited to war or threat of war, natural disaster, government action and all similar circumstances outside our control.

Refunds
Elian Travel does not give refunds for unused hotel rooms, meals, trek arrangements and other services.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. You agree to pay any extras in cash or an authorized Paypal transaction prior to your departure.
2. Any change or delay of travel plans within two weeks may result in a loss of part of your deposit. All deposits are nonrefundable should you cancel your travel plans for any reason..
3. If your flight is canceled or delayed please contact us as soon as possible. Please give us your new flight number and arrival time. There is no additional fee for this provided you arrive no more than eight hours later.
4. We are not responsible for travel cancellations due to acts of GOD, airlines delays, personal health, civil problems or problems between you or any woman you are corresponding with.
5. We will e-mail the train schedule so you can plan your trip to avoid the expense of a hotel in Moscow either on your arrival or departure. If this cannot be avoided we will quote rates and terms for hotels in Moscow. We can also make reservations for you based on this information.
6. We assume no responsibility for your personal safety, nor will we or any member of our staff be held liable for personal injury, accidental death or illness.
7. We reserve the right to change the information posted here at any time without notice.
